Strep throat has hit our home for the second time this winter. Officially, it sucks. But secretly, I enjoyed spending the whole day hanging out at home with Violet, watching movies and reading Jane Eyre. (and, doctors orders, we have to do the same thing tomorrow!!) And also, secretly, I watched the Real World, Las Vegas while she took a nap (because of course I don't watch that crap while my kids are around!) It was a little hard to hear the drama and screaming on the TV with Violet sleeping next to me.
