We had so much fun in San Clemente. It is such a beautiful little beach town. Marie lives about 10 minutes from the ocean. We went to the beach twice, the local (as in private, neighborhood) pool twice, the farmer's market, and of course, shopping. It was a very nice, relaxing trip. Here are a few of the pictures I took while I was there.

Beach:
We were waiting for Marie to park the car by these train tracks. I was letting the kids play on them, thinking there was no way they were working train tracks. They were just feet away from the beach, and there were no gates or anything to keep people away when a train was coming, so I assumed it wasn't a working railway. Much to my surprise, only minutes after we got off the tracks, a train came speeding by. Yikes!
