The girls and I are heading to San Clemente California for the rest of the week to visit my sister Marie . Everyone should be so lucky as to have a sister like Marie. She is the best hostess. I bet she is at the grocery store right now stocking up on anything I have ever expressed an interest in liking. Or, she is laundering our bedding and dousing it with lavender linen spray. Or she is buying my kids some special surprise to welcome them. She is the most giving, selfless person I know. I am excited to spend some time with her and her daughter. I have to put up with her husband for a few days, but it will be worth it.
(just kidding Phil - thanks for letting us stay at your house and take over your family for a few days.)

Mush! You are so nice! I havent made it to the grocery store yet, since I just got back from my 134th vacation this year. And I did launder your sheets with lavender but unfortunately I am out of lavender linen water, I guess I will put that on my grocery list.....
How did you know I was going to have the girls something? Lucky guess. I think they will look adorable in the CA dresses.
While I was scrambling around I did manage to put some chocolate croissants out!
