Gift number ONE:
Get off zoloft
I have been on zoloft since shortly after I had Violet. So - 4 years. I don't think I need it anymore, but weaning off of it is a process that I have been afraid to undertake. I'm ready to do it now, as a gift to myself.
Gift number TWO:
This year, I will give myself the best body of my adult life. I don't need a perfect body - just my best body. I think that means losing about 15-20 lbs and firming up my bread dough butt.
(This is going to end up being a pretty good gift for Jacob too, because getting off zoloft is sure to re-install my sex drive - add my best body to that and Jacob is one lucky dude)
Wish me Luck!!
(and you can wish me a Happy Birthday too, if you haven't had a chance to do that yet)

Happy birthday, and good luck!!
Happy Birthday Michelle! Dinner?
I just quit taking Zoloft, too. I was super nervous! I started taking it for 2 days, then I'd skip one day. I did that for a week or two. Then I took one every other day for a week or two. And then I quit. It actually wasn't too bad. Of course, I'm not my happy self, but I'm not crazy, either (yet! LOL). It's been about 2 months and so far so good.
Happy birthday.
