We almost got a fake tree this year. Last year's tree was so huge and so hard to decorate that we almost didn't want to do it again. We decided instead, we'd just get a little tree. My goal was to get one that we didn't need a ladder to put the star on. (last year we had to use a 15 foot ladder, and could still barely reach the top). So yesterday we headed out to Robinson's Tree Farm and picked up this beauty. We walked around the lot for about 45 minutes arguing about which tree to get (tradition). Finally I found a pile of discarded $20 trees just lying on the ground. I picked one up, decided it was perfect, and we brought it home. I only needed a small stepping stool to get the star on!
I walked downstairs this morning and the smell of pine greeted me. I'm so glad we didn't get a fake tree!

I love your tree. We used to go but ours down the day after Christmas. It was usually fun. But alas, we have gone fake :(
It looks great! I am excited to see it in person.
Didn't you know? small tree's are totally in this year. ;)
I love it, it looks great!
Your tree has inspired me to go out and buy a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. I was going to go fake, but they just don't feel or smell the same way. Cute tree!
