Us at Lagoon circa 2008
This was us on Friday. The girls had so much fun. Jacob and I went on two adult rides: Wicked (crazy, never do it) and Fire Dragon, or Colossus. It was a fun, exhausting day. We had a whole bunch of our friends and family with us, so that made it all the more fun. Violet showed no fear and went on and loved any ride we suggested. Lucy was a bit more apprehensive, and chose to sit out of some-of the scarier looking rides.

I LOVE Wicked. But, I can't do Colossus anymore. I've almost passed out twice. I'm old now.
I agree that Wicked, TOTALLY SUCKED!!! I almost passed out or threw up or both. It was jarring and awful. The Colossus wasn't so bad, but it seems that people either like one or the other. I wonder why? Poor Lucy looks like me on a bad day in those end shots. Poor girl.
I don't mind Wicked, but I'm not a big fan of the Colossus. I always come off of it with a headache.
Maybe, a sign that I am getting old.
