Step 1:
wrap in tinfoil:
1 salmon fillet
chopped vegetables:
mushrooms
red onion
red bell pepper
a few capers
Step 2:
drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with lemon pepper, sea salt and garlic and onion spice mix.
Step 3:
bake for about 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Step 4:
Steal 1 cup of my kids elbow macaroni noodles (before adding butter, milk and cheese.)
Step 5:
flake salmon, toss salmon and vegetables with macaroni. (make sure to get all the juices too from the olive oil and balsamic vinegar) Top with a little bit of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Step 6:
Let lunch get cold while you take pictures and blog about it.
